About Studio

Rira is a DBA of Ziba Design & Construction, providing design and construction services as a California-licensed contractor. Established in Southern California in 2014, our company expanded to the Bay Area in 2017 and continues to serve homeowners and property owners throughout Southern California and Northern California.

Over the years, we have built a strong reputation through successful design-build projects, careful planning, clear communication, and quality craftsmanship. Our work includes ADUs, additions, remodels, interior renovations, and new custom homes.
